As 2008 is drawing to a close I want to publicly proclaim my thanks to God who makes all things possible. He is the reason why we have Christmas, why we have abundance because of his grace and why we have the peace in our hearts for those that believe. Obesity in this country is a National issue! How many among us could stand to lose a little (or a lot) of weight, me included as I could easily drop about 20 pounds and feel very good about myself again.
